Scenic Roads- Tree Removal Reminder

In 1999, town voters designated several town roads as Scenic Roads in accordance with RSA 231:157-158 in order to protect and enhance the scenic beauty of our town.
Any removal of trees which measure in excess of 15 inches in circumference at a height of 4' above the ground, or the disturbance of stone walls shall not be permitted without the prior written consent of the Planning Board.
Before proceeding with the removal of any trees, please contact the Road Agent or Town Administrator at townadministrator@hamptonfalls.org or 926-4618 ext. 103 for permit information.
