Planning Board

Description and Duties
The Planning Board’s duties include reviewing requests for subdivision, site plan, wetland special use crossings, and scenic road alteration permits.

The Planning Board consists of seven (7) elected members, which includes one Selectmen’s Representative member.

The Planning Board typically meets monthly, on the fourth Tuesday, at 7:00 PM at Hampton Falls Town Hall (except for the months of November and December when the Planning Board meets on the third Tuesdays, due to the holidays).
