Town Clerk

The Town Clerk-Tax Collector serves as the official records' depository for the Town and the Board of Selectmen. Minutes of meetings, Ordinances and Resolutions are all kept on file with the Town Clerk’s office.

The Hampton Falls Town Clerk's office also offers a variety of services.  We currently offer:

  • Motor Vehicle Titling, Registration, Renewals
  • Dog Licensing
  • Vital Record Requests - Marriage, Birth, Death (having occurred in NH)
  • Marriage License – by appointment only
  • Notary Services - $5 fee
  • Elections – Voter Registration
