Assessing Inspections in Hampton Falls are Beginning This Week
Representatives from the Town’s assessing company, Avitar Associates, will begin conducting the required cyclical assessing inspections the last week of June, through the month of July until they finish. Residents located in the Assessor’s Map 4 area have been notified by mail. Residents who opted out of the process will not be asked for an interior inspection. The vehicle will be labeled Avitar Associates and the Assessor will have identification available if requested. Your cooperation with this process is appreciated and will help assure that the Town’s Assessing records are accurate.
