How often do you send out tax bills?

• We bill twice a year.
• The due dates are July 1st and December 1st or next business day. See the bill for details. 

What are the dates for the tax year?

• The tax year runs from April 1 to March 31 of the following year.
• The first bill covers April 1st through September 30th.
• The second bill covers October 1st through March 31st.
