When are fees due?

The Application Fee is due at the time of application, on or before the application deadline date and time, as posted in the Schedule of Meeting Dates & Deadlines.

After the application has been filed, a letter outlining Additional Fees associated with the application is mailed to the applicant, and due prior to the ZBA meeting.

Additional Fees:

  • The Legal Ad/Public Hearing Notice cost is known after the Town receives the bill from the newspaper, and 
  • Certified Mailing fees are calculated based on the number of abutters, current postage costs, plus administrative time.

Fees are due before the public hearing can be held.
